Shine a light on ... the best exchange ever!

After a sixteen-hour journey, the ZINNOBER Theatre Workshop has returned from its "Shine a light on" exchange. Nevertheless, time flew by, the kids had so much to talk about. The whole impressions of the exchange "Shine a light on" were to be discussed, to review again and again and suddenly we were again in Brixen and the "best four days of our life" were over.

We met with Central Youth Theatre (UK) and Ensemble HOPHOP (CZ) for the first time at Hollwind 2017 in Brixen. For four days we met our exchange partners in workshops and showed them the most beautiful spots around Bressanone. This year the exchange continued and the theatre workshop ZINNOBER went for the first time on a big trip: to Wolverhampton, to our friends of the Central Youth Theatre. Four wonderful days with workshops, a boat trip with scones and clotted cream, a visit to the Wightwick Manor, trampolining and four wonderful performances awaited us. We felt so comfortable that some of the ZINNOBER girls just didn't want to go back. "In a few years, CYT will have a few more members," was the unanimous opinion and we at the TPZ have to consider carefully whether we should continue to send our groups to such exchanges - at some point our ranks will probably become emptier and emptier.

Meanwhile we came back to Brixen with many new ideas and plans and you can be sure that you will hear from the Central Youth Theatre even more often ;-)
